Pineapple Juice



Pineapple juice, while being a sweet and sour, is also extremely healthy for your body. It contains Vitamin C, a lot of minerals, enzymes and is one of the most nutrient rich juices that are available. It's extremely simple to make and requires only a handful of ingredients, such as:


Ingredients:

(For 3 glasses)

  • Half a ripe pineapple 
  • Sugar and salt to taste
  • Vanilla 2 tsp
  • Fresh milk 300 ml


How to:

  • Cut the pineapple into small pieces and blend all the other ingredients together. 
  • Pour it into glasses, and add ice into the juice.
  • Decorate it and enjoy! Spice up your summer with yummy pineapple juice!
